We had booked four tickets on the 'Full Service' 9W102 flight for 4th October 09. The ticket was booked on 25th July through Yatra.com under PNR No KZTDUH.

On arrival at the airport we were informed that our flight has been transferred to 9W2019 and we were given a 'meal coupon'. The lady at the counter said that it was just routine matter and that everything would be as in a normal Jet flight that we are used to. However while boarding the flight we came to know that we were being boarded in a 'Jet Konect' flight which is the low cost flight of Jet. It goes without saying that the levels of service, hospitality and food are substantially different between the full service 'Jet Airways flight no 9W102' and 'Jet Konect 9W 2109'.

On their website service levels to be enjoyed in the economy class of a 'Jet Airways' are indicated. The service provided to us was nowhere near the promised services and was clearly deficiency in service on part of the airline.

In the name of 'meal' we were given a sandwich, a cookie and a juice can. The inflight attendants were inexperienced. The whole experience was as if one books a 'suite' in a 5 star hotel and pays for it but then due to some internal problems the hotel without information transfer the guest to a normal room. In short the whole experience was horrible and left us with a feeling of having been cheated.

I have travelled quite widely on various national and international airlines but never had such a bad experience.
