Hi Sir/Mam,
There is this incedent which happened with me a few days back which has made
me loose all my trust on the airlines specially kingfisher airlines and
ticket booking websites specially makemytrip.com.
My sister is studing at Managlore and she was travelling from Delhi to
Managalore. She had booked the tickets 2 weeks back from the date of travel
through MakeMyTrip.com it was connecting flight. From Delhi to Bombay
spicejet and then from Bombay to Mangalore Kingfisher Red. She reached
bombay comfortably and had next flight at 4 PM but what happened there was
totally unacceptable. The kingfisher flight to managalore was cancelled.
When she approached the kingfisher officials they were least bothered and
said that there did not exist such a flight and they don't fly to
managalore. What a shame the *tickets were booked for a flight which did not
exist at all.* My sister was new to Bombay and didn't know anyone there she
was stranded and no one was ready to listen to her. They told her that the
next flight was jet airways at 9 AM next morning. They did not even bother
to make some arrangements for her to stay. The kingfisher officials were not
even responding and acting so snobish and rude. This is not at all expected
from them. How can they leave their customer stranded for the entire night
at an unknow place that too when the entire fault was their's. This incedent
has really shocked me a lot. We had to undergo such a mental stress all time
worring about my little sister. Fingfisher kept blaming it on makemytrip and
vice versa. Where do you go in such a situation. The trauma of this incedent
has shaked everyone in my family.
Such things are unethical the customer who has paid for eveything and is
travellin buy air just to be comfortable in his journey is being tortured in
such ways. These airlines dont understand their responsiblities. I am
totally frustrated with this. They need to be taught a lesson or else they
keep doing such things and harssing the customers.
Can you please take it forward or suggest me some alternative what can be
done in such a situation. Where should I go and speak up my grievences.
I am annoyed, furious, frustrated and highly unsatisfied with the services
of kingfisher and makemytrip. Please help me. I want some justice.
