I booked an Kingfisher airline ticket for journey on 2 july,2012 from Mumbai to Chennai ( PNR - OXPTFA) , flight - IT181. It was a bitter experience to me that the flight was cancelled by them on that date and was not being informed nor in my mobile or mail. In the last moment when i reached airport at the midnight for check-in then only from their counter i got the cancellation information which caused to face severe physical and mental pressure. It was a last moment rush and run carrying my huge luggage in airport from one counter to another airline service provider counter to get a ticket as it was important for me to reach my office and report on the same day morning. On effect I reached office late and made me to raise on leave and effected my professional review status set by company as of am working under probation. I also had paid Rs. 7745 from pocket to get another ticket from Indian Airlines, which paid me additional expense to my travel. I missed my cab and paid additional Rs.500/- for transport to office. I had made the payment for the kingfisher airline ticket online (Total price - Rs. 4397.00) . Still the company not refunded me nor giving me proper status. Last day after putting mail to them, they have given me an apology mail committing and accepting their fault from the time of cancellation to till now. I want now to put this forward in front of consumer court to get justice for the pain and pressure I took physically, monetarily and time i lost till now running behind them for refund. As evidence I have both airline ticket, Cancellation receipt received from airline counter and apology mail from kingfisher airline guest care after their investigation on my complaint.
