we hoave bought more than 13 nos of Carrier make split ac's 2.0 ton cap from M/s Pinky radios sector 35 chandigarh in this financial year
we have lodged complant for 1 no AC not cooling and water leakage from front side. we have been following up on nearly daily basis since last 7 days and vendor is only assuring that person shall be sent and compalint will be addressed . Neither their service enginneer is coming nor any one from vendors end supporting to resolve the issue . It is peak summers and purpose of euipment will be useless once it is opuit of warranty and after summers are over .
Our last compalnt was registerd to Mr Harjinder singh Compalit no 3749 on no 0172 2622880 . and regualrly callling is yielding no results
