My Voltas window airconditioner is not working properly & not cooling I have registered many complaint since I purchased in first week of may 2011 from yugal Airconditioner rohini Delhi.Detail of complaint at toll free nos.-

I would like to inform you that after complaint a engineer of co. comes and say that Ac is OK.But we always say that it is not cooling.At last we gave it to workshop for fully check up.when they returned from workshop they said that Gas is leaking.

I requested at toll free nos.& head of the department for replacement of AC.But they said that it cannot be replaced.
So I want to replace AC because it is not working from day of purchase.

Technician visited & found Gas leakage (OW case), estimate of Gas charging was given to customer.Customer has arrange for gas charging from local market because he feels company gas charging charges are high compared with local market.The AC is working ok as per customer.

i had complain as above from last 5 days. my complain no is 12AP1207294.but till today no any technician come & solve.my the badest experience till today in consumer products services.i will never buy any product of voltas.i also thinking go to consumer court for the same.

I have already registered the complaint at your service center on dated 25.04.2012 but there is no response or feedback from your side. So kindly do the needful and arrange a person to solve the problem on an urgent basis.

I have purchase Voltas Vertis Premium AC 1.5 Tone from Voltas Authorized Dealer on 15/6/2011. Invoice No. 1661. I have start using the product on 20/6/2011. on 21/6/2011 I registered the complaint for the outdoor unit which is not working at your customer care No. 18004254555 ; Complaint No. 12MR2205615 . The local Service center Sujal Aricooling Systems person Mr. Rakesh Kumar visited my Office as checked the AC. They said that they are not Working Remot problem Rest if i run the machine on direct cool mode on low fan speed it will continue to work. On 29/03/2012 I again registered the complaint through your customer care Tollfree No.18004254555 and the complaint no. is 12MY0702949 And She Said Our engineering Visit In 24 for hour's mentioned the problem problem in detail that the AC is not working in Auto Mode. when it is run in direct colling mode on high fan speed the outdoor unit is not working. Also I request for the service to the above said customer care technician will come again but No Body visitied to attende the Complaint .
I would like to request you to please help me to solve my problem so that I can use this AC in this threatning Summer

I have brought AC. Voltas 1.50T Vertis Elite-s on 19/04/2010.the out door unit compressor has failed. complaint No is 12MY 2024729 your work man had came & he checked t & he said that the compressor has failed he promise me to replace it on 8/05/2012. but he didn't respond my call & your customer care too. I am very much irritated.

Very poor response from customer care & dealer
Nobody has responded me below written mail, The dealer only give a call and trying pass on the unlogically
I dont understand, why they hesitate to respond my communication by mail.
I hope that, now the company official will respond my mail and replace the unit with windo of same prise and refund the money.

Dear Sir,
I purchased above referred split AC from your dealer M/s.VN Electroworld, Khanda Colony, New Panvel-410206 on 13th March 2011. Since its installation there was not a single month that the said AC has functioned smoothly.

First of all, I would like to mention here that we have selected to go for Voltas AC by keeping in mind a brand name TATA, who are always best at the services to their customer.

I presenting below some of the major issues/problems took place with the AC since its installation as below. The copies of the service dealer are attached herewith for your ready reference.

1)No cooling from the AC – four occasion 2) Faulty Installation 3)Gas leakage – two occasion, 4) Leakage of Condenser – two occasion, 5) Faulty joints of the pipe carrying gas, 6) Non –working of electronic system (remote) 7) Out door unit blast due to broken fan caused gas leakage etc.

We made continuous follow-up with M/s.VN Electroworld since 21st March 2011 for point No.1 & 2, but could not get resolved. Therefore, I approached to M/s. Ayush Electrical, situated at Trimurti complex, Office No.10, Plot No.57, Sector -11, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and they have attended problem No.1 and brought it to normalcy. They refuse to attend the problem no 2 since the AC was installed by M/s.VN Electroworld.

Again, the similar problem of cooling occurred in July 2011 and same was informed to M/s.Ayush, who inspected the unit and came to the conclusion LEAKAGE OF CONDENSOR and took the unit to their workshop for replacement of part on September 15, 2011. They brought it back and re-installed on October 10, 2011.

On 7th February 2012 once again the cooling problem is observed and complaint was filed under the Complaint No. 12FB 1900048 dated 19th February 2012, the team from M/s Ayush was came to attend the complaint and found gas leakage as usual on 21st February 2012.

On 11th April 2012, night blast took place in the outdoor unit and stopped cooling and the same incident was informed to the M/s. Ayush Electrical immediately on 12th April 2012 and as usual they identified the fault as per worksheet No.6480.

It is evident from the above elaborated various complaints that the AC unit installed at my house has major manufacturing defect due to which it couldn’t get addressed even on repeated afford by your authorized Service provider M/s.Ayush Electricals, therefore you are requested to give me new unit by replacing the defected unit.

We request you to take up this matter seriously & get our AC changed or Refund us the money we had paid for this defected ac. if I am not getting the desired services and the problem is occurring every month from its installation then what is the use of spending such a huge amount of Rs.25000/-* on it.

I hope that you will take up the matter appropriately and direct the concerned to replace it with window AC or refund the money I spend on this defected unit at earliest.

Dear Sir,

My name is Deepak Bhatia. I live in faridabad, haryana. We bought Window AC voltas 1.5 ton on 12 june, 2011 by name of My Father Mr. Vijay Bhatia from Vaid Electronics, Faridabd, haryana. Last year the GAS in AC got empty and this year when we start using AC last month till now it has been around a month, the cooling is not even 1%. Even at 16' c temperature, the Cooling is not there.
And we have already given the cmplaint to the complaint & service department of TATA-VOLTAS. But there is no action taken by them on this issue.

Sir, we are suffering from heat from a long time. This is ridiculous that after selling AC, the company doesnot care about their customer. They just want to sell their product & after that they dont even bother about that.

Now, aftre this , we wont recommend any of our links to buy AC from TATA-Voltas.

We are just exhausted & frustrated by the service of Voltas.

Please take any kind of action against Voltas & resolve the issue.

After that mechanic visited my home and said that pipe of compressor is damaged. After purchasing I have not used my AC atleast one day.
I would like to request you to please help me to solve my problem so that I can use this AC in this threatning Summer.
If you not able to take any action regarding this issue, I will lodge in consumer court.

I bought 1.5 ton vertis elite. Its compressor is producing sound s if some tractor is running. Its servicing is also due.I have registered my complaint and my complaint no is 12my0906628. For last one week their customer care officials are confirming that their technician will repair it in next 24 hours.ore than a week has elapsed and nobody has turned up so far.please resolve my issue.I have spoken to Mr Aniket, Manoj, Robin, Reddy and many more. Please don't force us to approach consumer court.

I have bought Vertis elite 1.5 ton split AC from "A.B electronics, lake town". Within a week time, i have a water dripping problem from the colling &pipe. On complaining to A.B electronics, he did not respond for 2 days and on calling again, he said conveyance charges(Rs 150/-) has to be paid and even after this he does not guarentee immediate service. Does voltas have such bad dealers who piss off their customers?
