    Default Non adhering to the commitment of delivery

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have purchased Voltas Airconditioner on ezone showroom (29, Dr.Nair Road, T.Nagar, Chennai - 600017).
    Advance receipt No:2084005034 dated 28/01/2012. I have paid the full amount by creditcard on the same day (28/01/2012).
    They have promised free home delivery on 29/01/2012, but not delivered. It was also not intimated, when i called them up yesterday evening, they asked for 1 day deviation. Even after reminding them today morning the result is same, Not delivered today also. There is no response for the phone calls also.It is very painful that even after paying the full amount the delivery is not done even in the second committed date and also the phone calls are not answered.

    This is not the first instance im facing this kind of problem, most of the dealer's,service provider's are not responding once they receive the payment. Request your advise regarding what legal actions possible against these kind of people and the procedure's for taking the complaint further.
