I purchased Voltas split AC in March which is not working from May due to gas leakage. i raised a complaint in voltas and asked for replacement as it was a brand new machine. at that time it was fixed, but after a week again it was in the same condition and i was unable to use it. i kept on asking for replacement of product since then, as it is still having the same problem which is not yet resolved. I got a call from Voltas last month that they have shortage of outdoor units and they cant replace it at the moment, but do it soon.

Today when i called their call center i found that they are not ready to change the outdoor unit, and the people in the customer care were also very rude which made me to file a compalaint against them. they said that they dont bother if anybody complaint against them, as it will go against company but not against them personnally.

I have totally got fed up while spending too much time on making new complaints everytime, and they close them within 2-3 days without resolving it. could you please help in this issue as the warranty of this product is going to expire in 2 months time.
