This is in regards the A.C that i bought on the 11th May, 2011.

I had issues with the AC once when I called the service center and they came and fixed it.
The date I called was 4th Oct, 2011. and the complaint no was EGZB0410110091.The agent came and fixed it on the 5th Oct, 2011. The AC again stopped working on the 7th Oct, 2011 evening and i had to log a complaint again on the 8th Oct, 2011 and then got a new complaint no TGZB0810110042. The technician again came and said that the FAN Motor had to be replaced and he will be back with the FAN motor within few days. No one returned so I had to call again and again . No one came and since then when ever I call regarding this complaint no I am told that the FAN MOTOR HAD TO COME FROM Ahmedabad SO IS TAKING TIME.
Now that its winters SO OBVIOUSLY CAN NOT CHECK THE AC BY USING IT. Now I will be able to check it only after April next year and in this case if it stops working again within a week obviously the warranty would have expired and this FAULTY PIECE WILL NOT BE CHANGED.

NOW I DONT WANT ANYONE TO COME AND REPAIR THIS FAULTY AC BUT NEEDS THIS REPLACED.. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF CALLING THESE SERVICE DESK PEOPLE. I NEED THE PEICE REPLACED AS I WILL NOT BE USING IT FOR NEXT FEW MONTHS SO WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IT (AS IT STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A WEEK AFTER IT GOT REPAIRED LAST TIME). I CANT CHECK IT FOR A WHOLE WEEK (HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND ITS WINTERS NOW.
NOW NO WAY DO I WANT IT REPAIRED.


I HAVE MADE SO MANY CALLS TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE TRAUMA THAT I HAVE UNDERGONE THAT THIS AC HAS COSTED A LOT TO ME. MUCH HEIGHER THAN THE COST OF THIS AC.

I got it for Rs 17,000 and now want it replaced with the compensation included.
