This is swapnil wairkar from Mumbai, I am writing to your notice that i am really unhappy with the service Godrej is providing,I have logged a call for service request with Godrej on 27th September 2011 Complaint No:-2709627984 and the very next day one guy came from Godrej and took the IC board form the A/C,
according to him the same was faulty and need to be replaced so he took the same to Godrej for replacement, Today 07/11/2011 still i didn't receive any single update on this, so i am eager to know that when this issue is going to resolve?.....from september 28th i am calling Godrej customer care no:- and Godrej Service center:-shanti/64168454 along with Godrej Head office:-poonam/rohita 67961366/67961279 no single response from Godrej Head-office nor Godrej Service center from last 1 month they are not even picking up my call if picked up they just hear the voice and hung up the phone and busy tone is all i can here when i cut the call and call back again,only when i call Godrej customer care they say that we are forwarding your complaint with high priority to Godrej Service centre...they are still saying the same thing today as well, they still don't have the part required to fix my godrej AC problem, I just want to ask why this kind of worst response i am getting from Godrej when the A/C is in warranty period and when i have already extended my Godrej A/C AMC for 4 years still why they are treating me like this?....really i have lost trust in Godrej.....please some one HELP!!!!

I had purchased a Godrej Split air conditioner wall mount (Indoor Unit serial no: 101112084
Model no:ESC123FS3WIH ) from Goa (Date of purchase : 2 April 2011) .There in warranty card mention 5 year compression warranty and 1year other product warranty.
It is not working properly since November 2011. As per request Godrej service person visit there and they told that blower slow because of the power board capacitor . Checked 2 or more times and not replaced the power board , Still complaint remaining and I am not happy with service and frustrated.What I need to do. I think to proceed it in consumer court. Not expecting such delay from authorized dealer like Godrej.
I hope you will give a reasonable and fast solution for this issue.

I am a customer who is using a godrej AC since long and already have teh extended warranty on my window AC for 3 years which is valid till 2014. . We bought this AC 3 yrs back and it funcioned really wellfor the first year thereafter it started giving problems .We had to have the gas filled every 6 months so we decided to take the AMC of Rs 3500. Now when we have the necessity to use the AC in summers we keep on calling their customer service department to get the repair done under that AMC and we do not get any favorable response. my first complaint was launched on 18/march/2012 ....since then their agents at cx service department are saying that they have escalated the case to the specific department, within 24 hrs somebody would visit your place forsure , a supervisor will call you back ...(blah blah) but nothing has happened till date .
Please look into the matter and somebody please do something with these godrej people they are just taking away the money fr4om people and are not helping them atall.
