I have purchased Videocon Split AC of 2 ton.I am facing cooling issue with my AC and I have lodged complaint with your company from May 2011 till date.I am sorry to say that your company sends people to solve my AC problem but they never solve it they just give causes of the problem but they never give solutions.And offlate Mr Dilip keeps on tossing the calls and has a damm-care attitude.Your company has the worst and the poorest service and I fall short of words to describe your service and to rate your service I would rate it below 0.Your company has no caring attitude about customers and I have got the worst , bad , poorest experience about your company.
