    Default Unsatisfactory service from Whirlpool

    I am using two of Whirlpool products at my place. One is a refrigerator and other is a split ac. The problem is actually with the split ac. I have a Whirlpool Mastermind 1.5 ton split ac, which I brought in 2010 and has an excellent cooling. But in the beginning of this month the blower had a slight fault and I logged a complaint at the Whirlpool call center.. The call was allocated to SADGURU ENTERPRISES in Dombivili East. That is where my real trouble began. The technician who visited my place told that the blower motor was not working and had to be replaced. I promptly advised him to do so. It was on 23/10/2011 and the technician said that he will bring the motor on 28/10/2011. But on 28th I when I rang him he told that the spare part is in transit and it has not yet reached. He said he will send it tomorrow 29/10/11. I said ok and waited. But the next day I rang him he did not attend to the call hence I called up SADGURU ENTRPRISES at this number 0251-6510950, where an extremely courteous lady attended and said I will send the technician tomorrow. and that "TOMORROW" has not yet come. Today being 01/11/2011 I am still waiting for the "SPARE PART" with no-one giving me the exact idea of when will that "TOMORROW" come. There is a lot of communication gap between the shopkeeper and the technician. Today a technician visited my place and had no idea about the complaint. He opened the ac and wasted two hours without doing anything went away saying that I will come after some time. That "AFTER SOME TIME" has still not come. Even today I made a call to one Miss Mamta SADGURU ENTRPRISES, who assured me that come what may I will fix your complaint today itself i.e. 02/11/2011, but still there is no follow up call and nothing of that sort from their side. I am extremely frustrated and dont know what to do. I have a 20 day old daughter at my house and the atmosphere is very hot. I am writing this in a hope that my complaint will be resolved.

    Its strange that Whirlpul products are also having problems because brands like Whirlpul/daikin/samsung/lg are consider the best in India.
