LG split A/C defective compressor I purchased LG split a/c (2.0 ton) on 24 April 2010. Recently (August 2011) the compressor did not work and after complaints the company repaired the compressor ( Even though the warranty period was still valid and they should have replaced the unit) and fitted the same. The very next day the compressor started making huge noise and the cooling capacity was almost nil. Inspit of repeated complaints and requests the company refuses to send any technician to correct the fault. LG 's attitude towards its customers is rather annoying. I regret buying it's product

Even my father had purchased AC from the same brand but it was all well. Even their half-yearly support was fantastic. I wonder what went wrong with you. But please dont take much tension. You can send it second hand and add some money and then buy other companies ac- like Haier Hitachi Daikin etc.
