Dear Sir,
I had purchased Samsung BIO SLEEPLUS Split AC for my residence at 13,Arbuda Devi
Society, Part - 1, Near Chandlodiya Railway Station, Ghatlodiya, Chanakya Puri Road,
Ahmedabad - 380 061 from their Dealer SALES INDIA LIMITED, S.G. ROAD, OPP. ISKON
TEMPLE, AHMEDABAD on 15th April, 2009.
The Details of A.C. are as under.

BEE* 5 STAR
Since then I had given complaints regarding the Installation of out door unit and
had not received services.
The out door unit is not installed properly and it is tilted and as such it is
producing noise.
The problems starts from the very first day of installing the Air conditioners.
The last complaint no.was 95061 with Dealer sales india, dated 21/08/2009.
The worst part is that the Service person come to home for repairing of A.C. are not
experienced and they are just make R. & D. (Research) on my A.C.
I am very much disappointed from the SAMSUNG INDIA PVT. LTD. and decided to go for
consumer forum.
I had spent so many times and wastage of my money over a lac of rupees just to give
some comfort to my parents as they are both heart pateints and undergone surgery.
I request you to take action against these dealers and company who are only
interested to sell and not provide satisfatory services to their customers.
I am inform you that during the period of 4 months from 15/04/2009 (date of
purchase) to till date 21/08/2009. I am complaining more than 15-20 times.
