I have purchased AC in 2007 . I had all service from LG Service centre . In June 2009 I faced problem of ice formation . the LG representative told me that there is a leakage in Gas . It wil charge of around 2000.
I said ok please refill that .
when the ac returned back after gas refillling it gives lots of problem like noise, less cooling . I compliant lots of time to LG call centre , engineer comes but they said that this is normal sound and coooling is ok .
but same problem exist . in August 2009 there is no cooling now . I complint again to lg centre , their representative com and told that there is blockage in front coil and it will charge of 4000 . I told them that u repair it last month and that is ur fault that u did n't find exact cause of leaking gas , that should be in warranty as gas warrany will be of 3 month , but they are not ready and not attending the complaint . What I should do now that means this is the monopoly of LG customer care .
