Sir,

I purchased a OGENERAL 1 TON WINDOW air conditioner on 21st july 2011 from coolite corporation,kandivli,mumbai.

After 1 day of purchase the compressor of the same A/c was found defected so it was making so much noise.

I complained for it.They sent the mechanic and he also found that huge amount of noise from the compressor of the machine.after 1 day he sent the company engineer to check the ac,the incharge of customer service of OGENERAL of my zone also came and he gave me commitnment that he will give the replacement of the ac within 2 days because its a brand new ac.but no response came from the company side so i called them again he said he is giving promise that he will give replacement.

today it is 22 august 2011 that is 1 month after purchase but company has not given the replacement.i call them daily,always the say that we are trying...i visited their office and finally they said "replacement will not be given".they behaved very badly and rudly with me..during this one month i always ask my complaint number but still they are not ready to give the complaint number..
I have called so many times to ogeneral customercare , but its useless.

company servicecentre is only giving commitments and promises but they do not follow them,even they do not give response properly.the company like Ogeneral is giving this type of service i have never expected this...
