The only option left with me now is to take the JUNK and drop it at your
corporate office.
I'm not left with anymore regards, as now my own experience confirms the
feedback from people that Customer Satisfaction is the least priority
for SAMSUNG and they are least bothered about clients.

Further to my trailing mail, I am again constrained to press you people
for some suitable action to attend to my problematic AC (split)
(Complaint No 8411080862). Even after repeated follow-ups on phone and
mails, no body has visited my place till date even though I lodged my
complaint on 20th July, 09
I am absolutely at a loss of words to understand and express my disgust
on this pathetic treatment being meted out to the valued clients. Not
only this incident portrays SAMSUNG as a poor after-sale service
organization but also reflects adversely on the quality of consumer
durables which you people are manufacturing in the first place.
I definitely entertain this hope that there must have been some
unintentional mistake somewhere down the line which I would like you
people to investigate as I would not like to cast an aspersion on
SAMSUNG unnecessarily to blacken your good-name and spoil your goodwill.
You people must understand the simple fact that a satisfied customer can
bring in 10 more potential customers through word-of-mouth publicity,
which is certainly more credible than any form of paid advertising. But
at the same time you must be sensitive to any undercurrent of
discontentment that your customers are facing inspite of repeated
complaints and follow-ups.
I ask you people what is fun of having an AC if so much time, that too
peak summers, is spent in just getting repairs done??
I, as a measure of last resort, reiterate my request for a complete
change / replacement of the AC Unit, as I apprehend that my unit has
developed a major technical snag that too in such a short span of time,
otherwise much against my personal wishes, I shall be forced to knock
the door of the CONSUMER COURT.
I hope that you people understand the gravity of the situation and
expedite the necessary action at the earliest.

May I know if I've committed some mistake by trusting a professional
company like Samsung and buying several Samsung products?
I bought this split AC a month ago and in peak summers, I'm just
suffering waiting for last 4 days to get the faulty AC repaired!
There must be a problem either in manufacturing or loose QC which has
resulted in this fiasco and within 1 month the AC has started posing
problems.
I've never experienced such a bad and slow response from any consumer
durable industry till now.

i had bought the samsung AC 2ton Silver Nano on 20.5.05. Though it was working well for the past 3 years,i started facing problems in the 4th year. I registered the complaint at the customer care and my complaint no. is 8410566145 in july'09. Around 25th july,an engineer came from your side,checked the AC and said that there was something wrong with the kit. He,then,took the kit saying that he would come the very next day after getting it changed.But there is no sign of him till date.I have called at your constumer care no. so many times,everytime the executives assureme of taking some action but nothing has been done so far.I have all the records regardingthe complaint like the dates when i made the calls and the names of the respective customer care executives.I hope you will look into the maater and solve the problem as soon as possible, else i will be forced to take some legal action about the same.

Dear sirs,
Please refer My complaint BP no.8408965128 registered on 19/04/10 at 5.14pm. I have puchased AC on 07/04/10 and Installed on 9/04/10 and problem araised on 19/04/10. First during registration it self, I fedup with your Phone no.1800110011 and tried for hours to get call centre people on line for BP NO. Registration and even after 24 hrs no body visited and I waited for another 24 hours , atlost after 46 hrs around 19 hrs on 21/04/10 some technician visited and loosen the total unit and finally concluded due to non availability of gas , Compresser got tripped and the next day along with gas Sumsung representative will visit and fill the gas and he will reassembly the unit.
Again I called your call centre and asked the complaint position , in turn thay repplied that representative will visit positively today , 23/04/10. Still now no rep, arrived and I Have lost the hope.
Hence, I regreat to say that you may take away the AC Unit , due to my fault which I have choosen the Wrong Supplier/ brand.
your personnel failed to put the unit in operation even after 4 to 5 days , it is known fact that you don't have qualified service engineers or less no. of service engineers to meet the AC breakdowns( worst Performance AC) in twin cities or total Negligence. You have a lot of dealers For selling your worst product in twin cities , but no service engineers.
You may please explain why I should not go to consumer court to compensate the losses incurred Financially, mentally and health point of view.
If you still feels , let the Consumer should be punished (like me) who selects your product, you are free to delay further and send worst technician.

I purchase a Samsung Window AC in July 2009. In may 2010 it started malfunctioning (it's electronic panel stopped working). After more than a month long chase and reaching ASM of Samsung Mr. Rajesh Joshi it was finally corrected.
again in Aug 2010 the AC stopped working and I am chasing the Samsung staff (with no result except rasining my BP). The support centre is full of unprofessionals and the seniors are behaving like Govt. babus. After lot of fighting I think I will have to admit that I made a blunder of buying a Samsung product.
I am thinking of calling the press in front of a Samsung factory and TORCH the product as a mark of protest. I will make sure that the SAMSUMG banners are properly wrapped around the AC when I will TORCH it.
WE HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG 2 TON WINDOW AC FROM M/S. ARVEE AGENCIES ADD: J-15 CENTRAL MARKET , LAGPAT NAGAR-2 NEW DELHI-24. VIDE TAX INVOICE NO: J74 DATED: 26-6-2010. THE SAME IS NOT WORKING AND SEVRAL COMPALINTS HAVE BEEN LODGED, BUT NO SOULOTIONS HAVE BEEN RECEVIED BY US.
KINDLY HELP US OUT OF THIS PROBLEM AND REPLACE OUR AC AS THE SAME WHICH WE HAVE PURCHASED IS THE REJECTED PIECE GIVEN TO US BY YOUR ABOVE MENTIONED DEALER.
