    Default SAMSUNG AC Complaint

    Hi,

    My fridge having cooling issue and logged case# 8410908852 with SAMSUNG call
    center. After 4 days technician came with one spare part and replaced and
    chargde Rs. 900/-, at present Fridge is working.
    After one week again fridge having same cooling issue and again spoke with
    SAMSUNG call center for reopen the previous case. But this time technicain
    came after 2 days after number calls and he replced the same spare part, now
    Fridge is working.

    After 20 days again Fridge as got same cooling issue. Yesterday(3rd
    Aud'09) spoke to SAMSUNG call center executive, as per he Techinician will
    be coming today before 8.30PM for repair, but now call center executive
    says... Techinician will be coming on 5th Aug'09 only.

    I am really unhappy with SAMSUNG service, could you please help me resolve
    the problem.

    we very much regretfully to write you that on my various complaints to the dealer regarding not working of split a.c which purchased in the m\o june 2009,
    from shanti sale jawaher colony faridabad,haryana.i have very much trust to purchase your products but in this case i feel very bad experience to purchase said a.c,in faridabad distt your service centre rerpresentative ignoring complaints even then not pick up of phone.it is my humble request to see this matter most urgent to unable us to trust on samsung products

    Respected sir,

    i wish to pen the following for your attention and remedial
    action please.I am a railway pensioner running 79 years.I am residing at
    5,sathyamoorthy street,arakkonam.All my sons and daughters are married and
    settled seperately.I bought a samsung AC split 1 ton capacity from GP el
    ectricals on arakkonam on 26-04-2008.On the day of installation they removed
    the fan from external unit and replaced it.The AC did not work properly and
    even after repeated requests,the suppliers did not take any pain to change
    the unit.They came only after a year and after charging Rs.600.(replaced the
    capacitor)Again after 2 months in june 2009 the AC did not functon and again
    the capacitor was replaced.From august 2009 onwards the AC IS not
    functioning and i now i have no other alternativ you need to bring the above
    to your kind notice.Being a senior citizen,i cannot run here and there to
    repair the AC.It is your duty to replace the whole unit as the set is a
    faulty set.I hope is you do the needful.A copy of the above is sent by
    post with necessary enclosures.

    Default Samsung window Air conditioner

    I bought a Samsung made window Air conditioner from akansha international, kochar
    market, ludhiana on july 07, 2009 ..

    The A.C. did not give out proper cooling from the very first day and I reported it
    to the custmer care. He sent his local mechanic and, also company mechanic from
    ludhiana, both of whom assured me that the cooling emitted by the A.C. was poor and
    that did not feel it because of the little quantity of moisture in the air.than he
    asked me the gas is lekage.

    A third company mechanic from ludhiana, however agreed with me and said that the gas
    is leaked.

    The next day, the said mechanic come to my house and asked me he take over the ac in
    workshop for repair than i asked him no i m not repair that ac i am just want to
    raplacement for this ac.

    But still the problem is unsolved and Rs 17,000 + Rs.2,500 (Stabilizer) seem to have
    been thrown in a waste basket.

    May I hope that your goodself would look in the matter and order the dealer for an
    immediate replacement of the A.C.?

    Default complain for bad installation of WINDOW a.c.

    hello Sir,
    I would like to draw Ur attention towards my complain. I am a resident of LUCKNOW and I bought a SAMSUNG window a.c. from MID-NIGHT(a renowned fair of electric items) on MARCH,2009. The company Engineer told us that the electric shop having our dealership in your area will provide U the a.c. and U would be given free installation as a gift from SAMSUNG.

    Till here its OK , but when the SADANA ELECTRONICS , INDIRA NAGAR , LUCKNOW ,which is in our area and has the dealership of SAMSUNG had to install the a.c. . An installation Engineer came from SADANA ELECTRONICS and installed the window a.c. but while using it the water started falling down from fornt side into the room rather than the back side, outside the room. As the installatio was free for us according to Ur scheme. But the SADANA ELECTRONICS was not accepting Ur scheme of free installation and was telling to give the installation charge. They were saying that we dont know what had SAMASUNG promised U as a gift but we want our installation fees.But when I talked to the person who booked our a.c. about the problem and then he talked to the SADANA ELECTRONICS and solved the problem.

    But as the installation was wrong, we called to SADANA ELECTRONICS and told the problem .The same man form SADANA came and then reinstalled the a.c. because he has not fitted the a.c. sheet properly. While reinstalling he had damaged the window sheet. When we complained to the SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE, an Engineer came from Ur side and told Us that the installation is really bad and the a.c. has been choked. It cannot come out for servicing.

    Sir , I am really annoyed. How can U give Ur dealership to a dealer like SADANA ELECTRONICS , LUCKNOW. As we had bought the a.c. from the faie and not the shopitself thats we had faced all the problems. I had bought the a.c. as I have faith in SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS. Sir at last I would say that this will affect Ur PRESTIGE and not the prestige of SADANA ELECTRONICS since he sells Ur products.

    Its really pathetic to say that your Ac is not working

    I have bought Samsung Ac model AC 1.5T 18UA on 31/10/2009 form FAIDGEHOUSE COCHIN and now its not cooling. If i keep it on 16 dg there is no effect. If there is any complaint with your system ,I want it to be changed with immediate effect . Expecting your prompt response at the earliest.

    I had bought a Samsung Air Conditioner Model Number AW18ZKC from Kalpana Digital
    World Vikas Marg, Delhi on the 26th April 2009.

    On 7th November we decided to get our AC serviced before the winters. We lodged a
    complaint on 7th November 2009 Ref No. 8410189067 with your customer care. After a
    discussion with the executive it was decided that the person will call in a day’s
    time. The call came to me on 9th Nov at 10.30AM when both me and my wife were in
    office. I was very clear during the call that the servicing can happen only on a
    Saturday or Sunday. In-spite of that I received the call only on Monday. I told the
    person to call back and come on Saturday to which he said will do. That call never
    came. I was forced to call again once in between when the executive even committed t
    come for the servicing on Saturday. Again the call came on Monday. I then called
    again on 4th December to remind your people that they have a customer on wait for
    the servicing. Again I was assured by one Jitender Sharma that I will definitely
    receive a call on Saturday this time. Again as I email you on
    Sunday I am still waiting for the respected engineer to call me.

    I am given a landline number of the supposed Service Station 011-43092833 which has
    no one responding to the calls.

    After all this I am not sure whether anyone will be reading this email.

    My questions are:

    · Why are customers being promised three free servicing when they cannot find
    time to do the first one till now?
    · Why is there no communication from the call centre to the “ENGINEERS” ever
    in time?
    · Is your ENGINEER so pre occupied that they cannot service any new customer
    in time?
    · Obviously they are some 9am-5pm office going pot bellied babus who find no
    reason to work beyond 6 pm as they cannot come to customer’s call ever after that
    time.
    · Being in the consumer durable industry where most of the customers
    (especially salaried like me) take decisions and executions to buy such products on
    weekends, having the service station closed on Sunday is absolutely shocking.
    · Also surprising is the fact that the service quality that is being offered
    by your closest competitor LG. With service facility all the days of the week and
    better customer support including call back for feedback, I think they do have a
    better edge over your company.
    · You and your team might as well sit up and take notice before you loose the
    plot completely.
    · And please do not promise 3 free servicing in one year when you cant even
    take care of one in time.

    I do hope after this mail I do get some action on the servicing bit. You have
    already lost the confidence of the customer within me and I am sure as hell that I
    will not recommend Samsung to any of my Peers and Family.

    Unhappy bad experience in terms of the product as well as the customer service at Samsung.

    I bought (1.5 ton) Window A/C , Model No. AWT -182KA from "The Electronics Shop ",Swaroop Nagar Kanpur (U.P.) 0n 12.02.2008 .
    From the date of purchase A/C was not functioning properly with no cooling and there was no service provided by the company during its warranty period.On July .2009 suddenly A/C stop working. I complained to customer care than technician came and change the PCB but at the same time he did damages inside A/c .That technician (Mr. J. C. Rai) asked me to pay Rs.731/- but I refused to pay 'coz A/C was still not functioning after changing PCB.
    Repeated attempts to contact the Samsung - Customer Service than person came from the centre and told Power Stablizer of A/C is not working properly and You should change it. Than ,I changed the stablizer but the problem not solved.The persons send by service centre were not able to give any reasons as to why the A/c's are not functioning.
    My complaint is that why the person from your centre are not able to identify the problem in A/C and given me the bill again and again rather the A/C is still(13.03.2010) not working.Now I feel Samsung A/C is not upto the mark and my decision to go for SAMSUNG brand AC was totally worng.
    This is my request to look on this matter and please Replace my A/C. My complaint B.P. No.8410994174

    Dear Samsung India,

    Last year (30th April 09) I bought a Samsung Window AC (My Mistake #1) in Vasanth & Co, Tambaram. I have lost my Window AC which I bought last year. Let me tell how this is happened, On 17th Jan I found my window AC is not working and filed a compliant (Complaint # 8408744396) in Customer Care by calling 044-30308282, then on 19th Jan people from your service team has come and told AC needs to be taken to work shop to fix problem, Since I said ok (My Mistake #2) they have taken it to service center. After 10 days I called the Service center, service engineer said we are waiting for the part which is not in stock. Again after one week I called them and they said the part is not in stock so we are going to recommend for re-placement for your AC so please send bill copy of your AC, I sent the same then they said we sent to replacement team they will get back to you.

    After a one month (Feb 16th) I called the replacement in-charge (Yoga Prakash), he said we received the request only on 9th Feb and it will take another 15 days. Again I called him on first week of March, got the reply as "Auditing is going on here, next week we will deliver your AC", again I called on the next week got the reply as "still auditing is going on after 2 days you will be getting it" then called after 2 days "tomorrow only we are going to get the machines from Ware house, so you will be getting it on day after tomorrow", after that when ever I call them no one is picking the call, if the receptionist picks by mistake she will simply redirect to some extension where no one to pick the call. (In all the above instance not even a single call came from Samsung to update me, I would have called them 100 times.)

    This is how I lost my window AC, who ever reading this mail, can you help me to get back my AC, since I did the mistake of choosing Samsung, I am paid for it. Kindly someone help me to get my AC back, please forgive me for choosing Samsung and I will never do this mistake again.

    Thumbs down Interior Inspiration, Pune has the worst Quality, No commitment and sloppy furniture

    We booked a bedroom set with Interior Inspiration, located in Viman nagar, Pune and have been cheated with all sweet talking.
    Firstly, they claimed that will call us for a visit to verify the quality of wood etc that is being used, but no such communication was made to do so.
    Then the delivery commitment was not kept and the furniture was not ready despite couple of reminders from our own side. Finally the furniture arrives and this time we are given another bill for delivery charges which they explicitly mentioned will not be charged and even in the bill, the delivery charges were mentioned as Zero.
    To top it all, we were thankful that we atleast got the furniture in one piece but with finishing not done and with some scratches and bumps in a few places. Their carpenter sat in our house to finish the work and hurriedly completed something he claimed was polishing which even a school going child could have done a better job with. What was promised - Melamine polishing and what was provided - a shoddy work of finishing to make the delivery package look usable. Another shot to you is the delivery of 3 paintings that were promised as an inclusion to the package is also not delivered.
    Finally you expect all is over, thank God for small mercies and tell yourself that you dont have to go back to such unprofessionals ever, but NO. Surprise, surprise !!! In less than a month of usage, the lock provided in the safe section is spoilt and in another 3 months time, the hinges give away life and the doors are available in your hand to hold the wood.
    And on complaining what we hear, since we did not give them any delivery charges, all these sloppy work's guarantee does not hold.

    Can i get refund for the bad quality of material supplied, the trauma we went through and the less than promised goods?

    I PURCHASED NEW SPLIT SAMSUNG AC ( MODEL NO AS18EXAXTL FROM ELECTRO MART STORES Pvt Ltd P5 GROUND FLOOR OCEAN PLAZA SECTOR 18 NOIDA ON 23.11.09 ( CONTACT PERSON Mr ANOOP - Mobile no 9810740408) - YESTERDAY , i,e ON 27.03.2010 , WHEN I TRIED TO RUN 1ST TIME ( BECAUSE SUMMER SEASON IS GOING TO START), I FOUNF THAT THE FAN WAS MAKING VERY ABNORMAL SOUND AND M/C WAS NOT AT ALL COOLING. IMMEDIATELY I LODGED COMPLAINT ON PH NO 0120-4028200 AND AS PER COMPLAINT NO 8406077890 , SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED MY HOUSE ( PLOT NO F-3 HOUSE NO 3423 ALOK-VIHAR SECTOR-50 NOJDA ON 28.03.2010. HE TOLD ME THAT TOTAL GAS IS LEAK DUE TO VALVE LEAKAGE. AND SERVICE ENGINEER ( MR PANKAJ) AND SERVICE CETRE EXECUTIVE ( MR AMZAD - M 9958116683) ARE INSISTING ME TO FILL UP THE GAS. NOW, IF AT THIS STAGE GAS IS FILLED -UP THEN THERE ARE 100% CHANCES TO GET THE GAS LEAK IN NEXT SEASON AND CONTINUOUSLY I WILL BE PAYING FOR GAS REFILL IN THE COMING YEARS
    NOW, AS THIS AC IS IN GUARANTEE PERIOD AND ONLY 4 MONTHS HAVE PASSED AND THIS IS GIVING A BIG PROBLEM TO ME , SO MAY KINDLY REPLACE THIS DEFECTIVE PIECE INTO ANOTHER NEW PIECE ON TOP PRIORITY

    Dear Sir,
    I have registered my complain of split ac. The complain number being 8405430024. This complain was registered on 5th april , 2010. But till today 10th april,2010 the complain has not been attented. I have been calling the customer care again and again but the executives just say that they will look into this matter but nobody has come yet to my house.

    I am very unhappy with the after sales services provided by you. I will never purchase anything in future from your company.You should never claim for the services you can not provide. If my problem is not solved then I will move to consumer forum for this matter.
