I have purchased my Samsung A.C in 2009 and as soon the warranty period of 1year got over my A.C started giving recurring problems till date. Last year when I registered complaint with customer care of samsung,their technician Tinku Singh came and repaired the A.C. This year same problem cropped up and we registered a complaint with the customer care on 12.10.2011. and again Mr. Tinku Singh was sent. He told us the capacitor of the A.C is damaged and on his advice we replaced it for which we were charged service charge and the cost of the spare part. Our call no. was 4121055291. But after 3 days only the same problem cropped up. Again we registered a complaint on 17.10.2011. and again this Mr.Tinku Singh was sent. Now he is telling us the motor is damaged and needs to be replaced for which we have to pay an exorbitant amount. We are helpless and are not understanding whether he is taking us for a ride or its the fault of Samsung that they have cheated us and have sold us a product with a manufacturing defect.
