    Dear All,

    finally my complaint is not resolved In reference to the last telecon with Mr.
    vijay,say change your curtains your room size is very big i cant your help,you take
    any action i cant help, its been whole 1 year and till now I have made 15-16
    complaints at your center for cooling related matter my complaints no is (7648) . I
    am toatlly fed up with my purchase and deeply regret it. Request you to kindly look
    into this matter asap and replace my AC or I would have take a rigrous step against

    Default Regarding Bluestar AC

    Hi sir/madam,
    This is Ramasamy from chennai we bought 2ton AC this April from the date we are facing many problem in that.It was not working properly it was switching off every 5 min automatically.. 5 to 10 times service engineer came and return but no improvement at last they told that they will replace the AC but there is no response last one month. We need to replace the AC as soon as possible

    Default Incomplete Job Work

    We would like bring to your knowledge that we own a Kalyana Mandapam
    (Marriage hall) in the name of Bharathiram Kalyana Mandapam at Chennai. It is under the process of renovation and we had approached your Sales Team for the discussion over the installation of Split Type Air conditioners, at the said venue.
    Upon our telephonic conversation, Mr. V. Amarnath (Senior Executive- Sales) visited our office along with your Company’s local dealer Mr. Sivarajan, Proprietor - M/S Universal Aircons, # 79, CIT Nagar, First Main Road (Opposite to DSC Hyundai), Nadanam, Chennai – 600 035 to inspect the site; and recommended us to purchase Split Type Air conditioners, 11 in number.
    Following this, a quotation for Rs. 3,52,000/- was placed before us on 18/07/2009, that included the Machine Cost, Installation Charges along with the required materials.
    We had confirmed the order with M/S Universal Aircons by paying an initial advance of Rs. 25,000/- (vide Cheque No. 034942 dated 18/07/2009) and an interim amount of
    Rs. 3,00,000/- (vide Cheque No. 034943 dated 23/07/2009). With this, the installation process was commenced by your local dealer on 24/07/2009. As, we were particular in completing the said job work latest by 31/07/2009, we had insisted upon an undertaking letter from the dealer to keep up his commitment on the completion date and the dealer agreed the same and signed the same.

    But in vain, the installation is still incomplete and only 85% of the work is done.
    And because of this ignorance and negligence, we had lost a great sum due to the cancellation of a Wedding function proposed in our Kalyana Mandapam, from the 2nd to 4th of this month.

    Further, we contacted your dealer Mr. Sivarajan, Proprietor - M/S Universal Aircons, umpteen numbers of times over phone and sent our representative to track him in order to

    complete the installation work, but we had absolutely no response from him and ascertained that the dealer has absconded.

    Under this circumstance, we then got in touch with Mr. Amarnath (Senior Executive- Sales) and Mr. Deenadayalan (Manager- Sales) at Chennai, to bring to their notice about this reluctant attitude and issue on the incompletion of the contract.

    In reciprocation, the Bluestar team promised to accomplish the pending installation work and provide a 1 year warranty period (four services), as the dealer had spoiled the reputation of your company.
    After this, Mr. Palani (Deputy Manager- Customer Service) was deputed on 11/08/2009 to visit our site, accompanied by Mr. Amarnath (Senior Executive- Sales) and they confirmed to close the job work by 18/08/2009. On 12/08/2009, we have spoken to Mr. Deenadayalan over the phone about the progress of the work and he turned down the contract and informed that we need to bear additional expenses above the price quoted to us, during the initial stages.

    And at this juncture, we are helpless, as the Bluestar team has declined the completion and your local dealer absconding.
    As such, we have faced heavy damage and mental agony due to the delay from your end and are unwilling to bear any additional expenses, above the agreed price.

    Therefore, we hereby request your organization to pursue with suitable action against your Sales Team, as well as the dealer Mr. Sivarajan- M/s. Universal Aircons, with immediate effect.

    We have lost our patience by now and we have no other alternative but to move to the Consumer Court for remedy, if no resort is facilitated to us.

    Default Cheque dishonoured

    I have issued a cheque in good faith to a builder for doing the incomplete work, but he presented and dishonoured the cheque before attending my complaints. Now he has issued legal notice. Pl. tell me whether I should pay the chq within 15 days or request you to done work then ask for payment.

    After listening of more and more name of company blue star .
    We have purchased BLUE STAR 1.5 tons window ac model number wae181yb from your dealer Named BHAGWATI TRADING COMPANY,club market ,KARNAL ,Haryana ,LAST YEAR ,2009 ,IN MAY,mobile number of dealer is 09354100754, from the 2 day ac is stopped working ,after making of several calls ,ac is changed by the local dealer in 7 days,and after the installation again ac is stopped working and again of several calls ac dealer repair that piece.
    And now in 2010 on 1 april when we start the ac the ac is again stopped after calling to local dealer several times , service men came and said that the compressor is not working and to be replaced .i make the call to the dealer and he said that it may take 3 to 4 days process to replce . I had made daily calls to that dealer and they are now making daily new excuses till dated 29 april 2010.
    As these is the very hot season and the temperature is also risen very high 44 degree.
    My daughter and my brother ill in these hot season due to blue star ac.
    Your dealer is very very clever after fedup by the dealer i have contacted the company regional managers and they are also very cheater ,clever
    Dealer is also clever and ac blue star company managers are also very very clever they are also making many excuses day by day.

    I have call the managers many times and there is no response from them.
    after all i have make a call to a company toll number and registered a compliant on 25 april compliant number 104230 but they are also making excuses.
    They all making us fool & making money out of it .
    Now the condition is so worse that the company service people is unable to correct the units till dated 4 may 2010 due to this we are loosing our business ,time,health like anything , so its my request to you to take the fast action on dealer as well as on managers.
    We are very harressed by the company dealing that is blue star.
    I strongly recommended that no one purchase blue star ac if there is such type of dealers as well as company managers.
    Please make the necessary actions to such kinds of peoples who are making company products worst by making fool and senless talks to the customers and making money out of it..
    As our ac is not working since after the buy i want to back my money or change the ac.

    Default No response from Blue Star Customer care and the Dealer also

    I bought 1.5 ton AC from m/s airconditioners Noida.Now my Ac is not working...some problem with compressor.I made a complaint around 10 days back- my complaint ticket no is1105020725.There is no response from the service department and now the dealer has also stopped picking up phone.My compressor is under gurantee period but the company has not yet revert back....The AC is simply like a showcase in this scorching heat.Please help and do the needful.

    Thumbs down Bluestar AC not installed after sales.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a bluestar 1.5 ton split ac on 13.05.2011 from "Khosla Electronics" beckbagan, Kolkata. They promised to deliver and install the AC the very next day. However, the AC was delivered but not installed till now. Its already been 4 days. I have been calling the dealer (Khosla Electronics) and the bluestar customer care several times everyday but they promise to call back and inform about the installation date and time. but they just never call back.
    finallly bluestar customer care registered a complaint (ticket number - 1605201120653) on 16.05.2011 with a promise that the installation will be done within 24hrs. but I am still waiting for them to install the AC.
    In this scorching heat I wanted to give a little comfort to my aged parents who are already suffering from various illness, instead, this had caused me serious mental agony. Is their liability over as soon as they get the money?
    I want to complain against the dealer - Khosla Electronics for giving wrong information before selling the AC and - Bluestar india for their disgusting after sale/customer care service (now they hung up my phone calls).

    The AC was purchased on 19th april and installed on 20th April From day one the effect of cooling is 0 and your technicians are unable to solve the problems

    Default Inefficient ill-mannered customer service operator

    hello,
    I bought a blue-star, 1 ton window A.C last year.
    I want to get its cleaning-service to be included in warranty period.
    But the technician as well as the manager named Srikant are not at all considering helpful and friendly.
    They are trying to do the service as per their convenience.
    I objected due to my office timings then they denied to do the service.
    My home is at Kamothe, sec. 35, Navi Mumbai.
    Kindly look into the matter and take action against the concerned personnel.
