]i have purchased a blue star spilt a/c1.5 ton on date7-6-2011.after some days here a leakage of water in AC i made coplaint on 20-6-2011 and still calling contineously but no response from company .what should we do can we file case against it.

First of all, why did you choose Blue Star over other brands like Haier Samsung Daikin India Samsung etc. These are much bigger names. Next time please go for these rather than the one you have picked this time
