Defect: Water Leakage Problem and Cooling problem
I had purchased Voltas split Ac model Vertis Elegant from King Electronics. It worked fine for hardly 1 month after that it stops cooling. We called customer care, technician came n repaired it. He said it was due to the gas problem. After 1 month the same problem happened n water leakage started. Then again technician came he don’t have at least the basic knowledge and he is unable to diagnose the issue. He called another guy who had previously fixed the issue. He said its gas leakage problem. He picked up the outside unit of AC for repairing that took 10 to 12 days. It worked fine for only 8 days. And now it’s happening again what should we do?
As I surf internet it is the common problem in the new models, if model of this particular ACs are having manufacturer defect then why should we suffer???
I have attached today's images in water leakage from AC.
Either I m expecting refund of full amount or replacement of the product. If the action is not taken on then I will complaint in consumer court and you will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services.
