I bring to your notice that we purchased 2 split A/cs in May. We are now in almost August and still I have not received any favourable feedback from them after complaining so many times that A/c doesnt work. Only one was installed and for the second one it was told that it cannot be installed!!! After i repeatedly requested they installed that too after several phone calls to the customer support. But it was not cooling at all.

On again reaching them they told Gas is missing and they will fill. After following up continously after several weeks they sent one more technician who said it was not gas and it was some other problems with installation. They did not come with tools and had to go back and told they will come again.

I am furious with this kind of treatment to customers who have purchased the product from reputed concern like Vivek. After almost 2 months of purchase still we are not able to get the A/c installed and the summer season( for which it was purchased ) has almost ended. They want to come only when their Engineers are disposable and do not consider that others also have jobs to do and not wait endlessly during the week that they will come and do the needful.

Please let me know what way out for customers who are harassed by these vendors. I can file a complaint
