I want to bring this out to your notice that i bought an Elegance 1.5 ton split ac. from a dealer who says they are part of whirlpool i booked the ac on 08/05/2011i have the booking receipt (no920) i got the ac on 22/05/2011. i was promised that i would get the ac in 4 business days also there was a scheme of a Reebok strolly which is free with every whirlpool split ac initially i booked whirlpool chrome ac But i was given Elegance Ac. I Asked them silver colour they had given me white ac since then i have not got the bill and the strolly my contact person was MR AUSTIN XAVIER his contact no. is 9971563472. its been almost three months i have not got the bill and strolly and i am the one who calls MR Austin and every time he has given me excuses i have given him my email address 3 times but still i have not received the bill i also raised an online complaint on ccccore.nic.in (consumer court) after this i have been also contacted once by the whirlpool service team after my complaint but nothing has happened yet. below is the the dealer detail. every one knows that a bill is a customer's right and i hope i will get justice.
