I had registered a complaint with Videocon customer care (under complaint no. DEL 3005090706) regarding a Split 1.5 Ton AC (within warranty period). The complaint was raised in May 2009 & hasn't been resolved till date. It was discovered only upon the engineer's visit that the PCB was faulty & had to be replaced however, the replacement hasn't been done till date. I've made countless phone calls at the customer care but in vain as all I get everytime is whole lot of false promises. I've also tried to contact the service centre (located at 26/27, Bapu Park, Kotla Mubarakpur, New Delhi - 110003) at 24645716 but in vain again as there is no response at this no. I am totally convinced that Videocon (Dhoot Brothers) can be awarded as one of the most inefficient companies globally. Request your help in getting this problem resolved & I take an oath today of not purchasing any Videocon item ever again in my entire life & would spread awareness about the non-serving service of Videcon.
