Dear Sir,
The above mentioned Invoice No. is against the service done by LG Authorised Service Center against the water leakage problem from Indoor 1 Ton split A/C Machine, the A/C machine has been purchased 2 years back and this is the 3rd instance of such problem. Every time the complaint has been made they said the installation was not done correctly so they need to re-install the machine. This time the service people did the same thing and charged Rs. 800/- but the problem is still there. The water is coming out of the indoor machine heavily and which affected the room wall also. We called several times to the authorized service center with futile effort and again a complaint was made RNA110610031579 on 10-06-2011 but unfortunately no one turned up.
I am surprise to notice how this LG approved service center cheat on people.
Please advise what can be done.
