My name is DR Rajeev Gupta. I bought A 1.5 ton split voltas A.C 2 year back. Now for last two month ,there is A.c cooling problem for which i have complaint to service centre with complaint no 11MY2508068 .In starting they told us that it is the problem with gas leakage but after they took the a.c , they told us the problem was with coolin coil which will be replaced worth Rs 7,000.Its been 10 days since they took our A.C , no progress has been done.Apart from this ,on calling to service center about progress ,they talk in abusive language which is unbearable. Kindly tell me what action i can take against them and what is the procedure. Kindly consider our inconvinience and respond as soon as possible.
