How you can say TATA is the TRUSTED name
I feel very guilty to purchase a TATA product from a very irresponsible Distributor,
MONICA ELECTRICAL & MODULAR KITCHEN.E-8,SECTOR-9,NOIDA,
I purchased a 2 ton voltas ac 3 star rating in more high price than market
of rs 39,100.on 27-04-2011 vai-invoice no 33.and logged 6 time complained to the Distributor.
but he was no time to talk with me.than complained to your help line no -complain no11my0504783,again on 14.05.2011 by complain no 11my1406094,again on 31.05.2011 by complain no-11my3104826.first time service Eng told Gas was leakage from the outer machine from oil seal.Cain see you job card no 876 dt 16/05/2011and i corrected it and now it will work properly.
Second time he told stabilize not working,i changed the stabilizer of vguard VN 500 to a new
lower side of 130 volt model no VGB-500,but the problem is still,
SO PLEASE CHANGE MY AC.

SHOULD I THINK TO GO COSUMER COURT FOR ATTEND THE COPLAINT,41 DAYS HAS BEEN PASSED AND A NEW AC IS STILL NOT WORKING.
THIS AC WAS A OLD AND USED AC, AND IT SHOULD BE CHANGE
