Installation- 05 July 2009
First Complaint on 6 July 2009 (No Cooling)- Asked for replacement- Service Centre guys refused straightaway saying its a GAS problem. Had no option, asked them to fill the gas
Second Complaint on 7th July, 2009- A/C still not colling- Asked for replacement
Got a call from Replacement office, saying engineer will visit
8th July- Engineer visits, says GAS not there, get GAS refilled, I said No, I want a replacement
9th July- Senior Engineer visits, tells us GAS not there, will be filing a report with the replacement centre
Did not receive any update till now
5 different Service engineers visited my place in the first 5 days of purchase. Service centre guys talk to me as if I have used the product for 1 yr and then asking for replacement.
They talk as if they have been hired from Loan recovery agencies.
I dont get it, I purchase a new product, dont use it, so what added advantage will I get if they replace it for me.
I paid the price for a new defect free product, and that is what I should be getting.
If this is how Samsung aspires to be no. 1 in India, well , Best of luck to them.
Can some one pls tell me how to officially file a case !!
