This is hereby to bring to your notice that I purchased an Air Conditioner of Whirpool around two and half years back. This Air conditioner was giving me problem since onset of summer this year. After lots of complaints the whirlpool company finally changed my compressor. But even after changing my compressor my problem was not solved. My AC is consuming lots of power (between 12 - 16 Amperes). But my complaint is following on deaf ears. I give them the complaint religiously everyday (on 01160008558) but firstly they don't send anybody very soon but even when they send somebody to my place he does nothing to rectify my problem. He says I will send my senior or he says now it will work fine. but nothing happens. Now even the service center (tel no.011-25840910, 32515528) people have started using abusive language when I request them to solve problem Kindly guide me what should I do now. I have been trying hard to get my AC rectified but without any success.

Required Relief I want the company to recitify my problem and I need compensation for mental and physical suffering and also need to be compensated for the extra electricity bills.
