I have purchased Voltas 1.5T Split (Platina) Air-conditioner just 10th of May but from from the very first day of its installation, it is found that the its Swing Motor is working properly. We have taken up the matter with the Seller but he has advised us to register their complaint through Voltas 24x7 help line number. I have tried 100 times but the response was very poor. Every time the CCE has a single reply "We will send some one". Finally some people from Mohyal Air-conditioning (Authorized Franchisee of Voltas) has approached us and they have opened the entire Indoor Unit and have confirmed us that there is some fault in PCB Board. They have taken out the PCB Board from the Indoor Unit and have committed us to come back with the solution on Monday but neither M/s Mohyal Air-conditioning is responding nor we have any call from the technician................................. It was our hard earned money and I just don't want to waste it.... If this online forum works, I would like to submit that they have literally cheated us..... Very bad response from Voltas and from their Franchisee also. The Technical knowledge of the technician was also very poor. Every time he was seeking help from his senior to understand the problem............ We want a complete replacement of Indoor Unit or money back with Interest.
