I purchsed a 1.5 ton split lg air conditioner from chouhan electronics vide
bill cash memo no. 1109 dated 11/08/2008 model no. LSM18XWASI and Sl No.
804NLRY 000158 out door and 804NLQP 000140 indoor. I had lodge a
telephonically complaint at LG CUSTOMER CARE vide sl no. N9C62418127 dated
24/06/2009,and net coplaint sl no 270620095446dated 27/06/2009 His engineer
visited at home on 25/06/2009 due to extreme heat it will not give cooling
effects.Such reply to the cutomer who has paid amount does not get cooling,it
just to a reputed LG Company engineer . My AC is not at all giving cooling.
Hence I became nervous.It shows company are cheating to the customer. your
reply on the subject issue is requested please.
