On 24th june 2009 we had bought a 1.5ton samsung air conditioner from NEXT
shop FROM PITAMPURA branch near kohat enclave
they were having a special scheme for sunday to get airconditioner
,stapliser and five pan set for RS 17490 they said since some peices are
also left we will give u scheme now also
after bargainin they said ohk we will offer u all three @17000 only
and given us the bill
and in bill there was nothin mentioned about the five pans
they said since its for free so freewares are not to be included in the bill

they said they will deliver us our goods with in half and hour

but after half and hour they said they called up u will get ur goods next
mornin

and when we bought the goods they askedus to sign now where it was written
recievd goods in good condition as they said

sir sign it now as its mere formailty


when i recieved the good next day we asked for the five pan set then the
person who delivers said ki we will hav to collect from showroom only whne
we called up showroom they said we will call u after five
they have been giving excuses one or the other
when i reached up the show room they said discount was because of
replacement of five pans
when ever i try to contact them their behavior was rude
they have mentally harassed us in two days of purchase only
please solve our case
