Hello,

I bought an Hitachi AC from Croma ghaziabad at 6th Feb. I got it installed in april. It stopped cooing within 4 days. I registered a complaint at hitachi cuatomer care at 2nd may and they promised to resolve the problem within 48 hours. I kepton follwing and they kept telling that it will be done today.
They visited the my home at 7th may and said that gas is leaked and their vehicle will come to pick the ac. Till date no body came . We registered the same with croma also at 11th of may. They said it will be done within a day.
So far nobody has visited or called.
We are suffering a lot like hell in this summer season.
