I asked for the contact nos. of Onida Airconditioner service center and they gave this enquiry to the company named Om Airconditioners & Electrical, Shop No-3, Sharma Complex Sector-31 Noida.
The representative entered my home saying that they are from Onida and took both of my AC's. After a week they came with the bill of Rs. 5800 and one of my AC which was not completely functional. they also took Rs. 2000 from my wife Savita.
After another week after calling number of times with the repaired AC and took the other one that had problem again, they came installed the other one and took the previous one.
After another two days this AC also stopped working. when we called for this they said we have to pay for the balance. we agreed and the engineer came and took the previous one.
he also took the 1500 + 2000 and did someadhoc arangement to make it working at late night (11:00 PM). he said that he will come in the morning to take the faulty part and get it repaired in the day time. within that time the repaired Stablizer also went faulty.
No one came for next one week besides number of calls. one day one person came to my home when my daughter was at home alone. he said that I told hime to repair the AC. he took the complete sub assembly that day saying that he will repair and install it by evening. After this we got the call next day that we have to pay another 1700 rupees comming to their office without which they will not send the part.

we called to Just dial complaining for the same and they didnot listened to us. Its 2 months of summer and both of our ACs are not working. besides this we still are getting calls from various airconditioners asking for the services. they call any time disturbing us.
I consider this as a serious promoting fraud been committed by this company every day and harasing the citizens who are working having no time for going court for legal letigations against these elements.
I think I am left with no alternate than paying for the harasment.
I want to take a serious action against Just Dial doing anything every thing for earning and harasing public mentaly and financialy.
Please take appropriate action against them.

hi I am vikas from new delhi. Just dial cheated me in the same manner like you and they made me signed ECS document without telling me . i was shocked when i collected my bank statement after 5 months. i had lost around 10000 rupees. I want to know whether you complain somewhere or taken some legal action against them. They are cheating thousands of people like us without any action against them. Kindly let me know.

Unlike you guys i have also been cheated by justdial. Once i called justdial to take the address of one organisation and they forwarded my number to some stupid guy of that organisation who in turn started abusing me and disturbing me. Justdial is a very immature and unethical company. The best thing is not to call this company which does not have basic business etiquees. Its better that you guys like me start calling other companies like sulekha or dna. Their contact number is 62222222,2777777. There is no use of putting any complain because they will not take any action.

On my query for contact nos. of Authorised Service Centre of Whirlpool Refrigerator in Dwarka area, I was given mobile no. of 9718814116 by Just Dial Service of Delhi on 09/03/2010.

Subsequently, I called up on mob. no. 9718814116 & two persons came to my home the same day itself. I was informed that my refrigerator is having some major problems and it is better to take 03 years AMC. Next day I again contacted them on the same mobile no. & have taken 03 years AMC for my whirlpool refrigerator vide cash receipt no.3522 dated 11/03/2010 for Rs. 3515/- (Rs. 3,265/- is the AMC charge and Rs. 250/- service charge).
They have given me the invoice in the name of "Electro Vision Tech" saying that it is the Refrigerator Division of Whirlpool. Since I have got the no. through “Just Dial Services”, I do not felt anything wrong.
After two days, my refrigerator become non-functional & I contacted them on the given no. First, I was told that the engineer will visit my place within 1 hour.
When I informed them that I have already taken their contract for a period of 03 years, the tune of the person who picked up the phone changed. He told me that he is from “Anita Electronics” & no one from their service centre either visited my place nor collected any payment from my home.
When I realized that I got cheated, I contacted them on 9718814116 through different phones and each time I was told name of their service centre differently like “Super Vision”, “Sahai Electronics”, “Electronics Care” etc. etc.,
I took up the matter with “Just Dial”. But, unfortunately, they were least bothered to respond to any of my mails. Whenever I contacted them on phone, I was assured that my problem will be resolved by them “within 48 hours time”. But, Still I do not know when this 48 hours end?
I believe, “Just Dial” still providing mob. No 9718814116 to the innocent customers who are asking for the Authorised Service Centre of Whirlpool & thus cheating more and more customers day by day.
I want to take a serious action against “Just Dial” for providing fraud contacts to the public as well to the fraud service centre who registered with them with mob no. 9718814116

I got the contact details of BAZZ Detective Agency from JUSTDIAL Kolkata. I have paid them Rs. 3000/- for an investigation purpose in the month of December 2009. But till today they have done nothing, nor even pick up my calls, nor responding my mails/sms. I want to get back my money immediately.

As per discussion with u about not receiving leads. I didn’t understand what you want to explain me in previous mail(you have signed a Supreme Package and will get leads on rotational basis and this is a Tenure contract).
I only know that from 4 days I received only 2 leads and that are only inquiry calls. for checking this I call to just dial 5 times with different numbers and names for require computers service etc. after all calls I didn’t receive a single inquiry from you for that.
I think all you peoples running a fake, not fare and money extortion business from your client. I suffer from 5 days and calling and mail to just dial again and again but nothing happen. please mr shakir stop my services now and my ecs also now.i become so frustrated and disappoint with just dial
(Another issues is every morning I received a call from just dial a person mohit demanding me previous balance advance money 8000/-and say your listing not activated due to this and you will not get leads. but when I talk with you u explain some different stories that nothing happen. Just dail approched me for regitering my company,offerd a package 17000 for year
with assuring to provide every day two enquiry number ,i belelive them as they said they

HI.. i ASKED JUST DAIL TO GIVE ME LG CUSTOMER CARE NO FOR REPARTING MY REFRIGERATOR. THEY GAVE ME LOCAL GUYS NO. THEY ENTERED MY HOUSE LOOKED MY FRIDGE AND CHARGED 4,000 RS. FOR REPAIRING.
