Tata Croma Showroom at Mathura road faridabad, came up with an attracting scheme of purchasing a 1.5 ton LG window AC and getting a stablizer of Rs 3300/- free with it. The price of the AC was Rs 16200/- and the market price was Rs 15000/- we got attracted as we were getting a stablizer free with it. After a month the stablizer stopped working, we called a service engineer and he replaced the stablizer. after 1 day the changed stablizer stopped functioning, we called the service engineer and he changed the stablizer one more time, the same day it also stopped working. then the service engineer told that we cannot get more superior stablizer and we can take a refund of Rs 1500/-.

we got to the market to buy a new stablizer of Rs 3300/- and we showed in the market the stablzer the Tata Croma was giving, they told the stablizer was a scrap of Rs 500 only.

During this whole process, we ened up paying extra amount, and wasting a huge amount of time due to which my business suffered a lot.

Therefore i request you to take a necessary action against them so that they stop making people fool with their schemes.

Hope a necessary action would be taken against them.

I had purchased window ac on 22.06.2009 of voltas and had made a first service on 22.03.2010 after that our ac is not working properly firstly the electric motor was damaged due to wet service after 2 or 3 days the compresion started dfriting . We had a several comlaint to the service centre but no response is there , they are taking lot of time for solving problem . therefore we are not using our ac till today i.e 18.04.2010 . Croma is not taking any kkeen intreset for solving issue . .
Kindly provide us the relevant steps which we can take against them .

This has reference with the claim no.-HC 50854 Claimant - Mr. B.C. Sikka.
we had done Health insurance from Cholamandam for all our employees, its been more than 6 months, we have been following for Claim of Mr. B C Sikka, but haven,t got it yet, though every relevant papers regarding the claim has been submitted.

There Branch office of Cholamandalam is in Faridabad from where insurance has been done, and Head office is in Chennai.
