My name is Jaikirthick Ganesan from new no 15 old no 5 B krishnapuram street ,
choolaimedu Chennai-600094, Last 25/may/2009 I purchased a Split A/C model no
AS18EXAXTL (1.5 Ton) Product Code A308P2ES500236 IN Big Bazaar , T.nagar , Chennai
600017 Tamilnadu, Mobile No 9842297129
They delivered the product on 23/May/2009, I checked the indoor unit for manual ,
but in that box Remote, Manual, Batteries and Warranty Card are all missing ,
Immediately I informed to the Big Bazaar people about the missing, they said the
with in two days we will arranged the missing products and also we reported to
Samsung Customer Service-Complaint No 8410394734 In Monday 25/may/2009 Two Samsung
engineers came to my home and said that this is not a our (Samsung India Electronics
Pvt ltd) Problem better you go and ask your dealer, again I went to Bigbazzar, they
said this is not a my problem better u ask Samsung customer care and we also to help
you to get your missing products, But already one month gone sir , No one take
responsibility for this issue , till now not possible for me to use the Air
conditioner

Please help me on this issue sir , I'm ready to file a case sir please help me on this
