I have purchased 1 ton Carrier window Ac model- Estrella on 4 Mar 2011 from OK televisions Thane. 09 Mar 2011 person came from Carrier for Demo. The gentleman informed that the grill is defective and took the grill back. He informed that grill will replaced soon. Today is 22 March 11 days are over and we are still to receive grill back. Every time I call I am informed that it will be done in 2 days.
