Dear Sir,

I was happy with Samsung as a group & hence decided to buy your split 1.2
ton AC. However after 2 years of purchase when I wanted to go for a full
service and repair ( the temperature is not going below 26 C) ..i received
the biggest shock of my life.

I registered my request on 26th April 2009 ..my BP No is *8407236874*..yet
till date my AC is neither serviced nor repaired. Two engineers did come in
the mean time only to inspect the site..thereafter they have chosen to
remain incommunicado...Everytime I register a complaint or speak to the
customer service they say that the problem would be solved..however nothing
has moved till date.

Following is the name of the outsourced agency which is to be blamed:

My question is why should a brand like Samsung take chances outsourcing

request and solve my problem.
