    Angry Whirlpool AC.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have a Whirlpool AC. The problem started a year ago with gas leakage
    (19/05/08). From that day machine kept on giving some or the other trouble.
    I have made complaint to the service centre for approximately 7 or 8 times
    and the engineer attended the problem but after few days the machine kept on
    bothering me with the same gas leakage. For instance, in the last one year
    the machine was taken to the service centre at least 5 times and we had
    already paid a total sum of Rs 6700/- in addition to the trouble, harassment
    and inconvenience caused. I have been using various whirlpool products like
    Refrigerator, washing machine and AC etc. at my home for last 10 years but
    never came across such problems.

    This time within two days of use the gas leakage problem started again and
    the service centre people replied after 3 days saying the condenser and the
    coils are damaged. Last time on 23/04/09, when we complained to the service
    center about the repeated gas leakage and the inconvenience thus caused, the
    area manager Mr. Sandeep Gautam assured us of the best service quality and
    told us that this time our senior engineer will inspect the machine before
    delivering it to you. The service center people told us that they had done
    copper coating on the coolant pipes so that gas will not leak. At that time
    the service center people didn’t tell about the damaged pipes and condenser
    and they returned our AC after filling up the gas and charged us of Rs
    1800/-. Now when the gas leakage problem started again within one day of
    use, the service centre people are saying that the condenser and the coils
    are damaged which need replacement and asking Rs 6000/- for the replacement
    of Condenser and coils.

    This harassment by the service centre people is continued. We do not want to
    deal with these people now and we want replacement of our AC. Because we
    feel that the last time when gas was filled the AC was not handled properly
    and that is why the condenser and the coil are found damaged. So the service
    centre and the company are responsible for the harassment and the
    inconvenience to us.

    If I don’t get any response from the company’s side within 24 hrs, I am
    going to file a complaint in the consumer court. I am really fed up with
    this now.

    Hi,

    I bought whirpool mastermind split AC in MAY 2008. After 3 months its started getting hanged . I registered the complaint to customer service regarding the same. He came to my place and just switch on the AC and AC got started. He said he won't be able to diagnose untill problem comes infront of him.

    After few months again the same problem came. i again registered the complaint. This time no one came to my place for 2 months. When condition become worse i called customer service again and said that now AC is not getting started at all. Then after few days a engineer came to me and said AC's chip is gone. Then they took around 14 days to come again and replace the chip. In these 14 days i called them so many times but every time they used to say that today we will send the urgent reminder. so that engineer can visit to ur place.

    On 3rd of Aug 2009 engineer came to my place for a complaint that i register in May 2009. After he did the servicing i started getting again the same problem.

    In this passion they passed 1 year. and now when my AC is not in warrenty and again it is creating the same kind of problem which i raised them at 1st time. Now they want me to either buy 1 more year of warrenty or pay for engineer visit otherwise they will not provide the service to me.

    Because of all this i have wasted lot of money in phone calls , my work got disturbed very badly and mentally harassed a lot.

    Default Whirlpool Ac Poor Service

    i have bought a Split AC 1.5 ton from a barnded Company Whirlpool. but with in a year in i have face somr problem from that ac indoor unit water droping and cooling and i do many complaint from the dealer after it whirlpool service center wn i not satistfy frm their i do the do the complaint in whirlpool customer care i got got my complain num. is GB0909001251 on date 05/09/09 but till now in 7 days noone whirlpool engineer call or contact me.
    i don't think that branded company poor servie i have also Hitachi split ac Hitachi service is so goor engineer also call himeself for the service of ac without any cost and do it. bt whirlppol servcie ar brand also not

    Angry Problem with Whirpool A/C

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have a 1.5 Ton Whirlpool AC bought on April 2006 & I'm using it from last 3 years.
    My A/C is under AMC & now My A/C is not cooling properly & I logged the call with call center on 15th September 2009. Engineer visited & said that gas has leaked & he took my A/C to his service center to fill the gass without any charges as my a/c is under AMC.
    Now I received the call from service centre people are saying that the cooling coils is damaged which need replacement and asking Rs 6000/- for the replacement & it's not covered in AMC.
    they are just blackmailing after taking my A/C in service center, Intially these people has told me that there is only gas need to be filled & now they are just harssing me as my A/C was in perfect condition & according to me this cooling coil is damaged by them only.

    Hi,

    I bought whirpool mastermind split AC in July 2009. From Ist day Swing problem . I registered the complaint to customer service regarding the same. He came to my place and just switch on the AC and AC got started. He said he won't be able to diagnose untill problem comes infront of him.

    After few minutes again the same problem came. i again registered the complaint. This time one person came to my place on next day. When condition become worse i called customer service again and said that now same problem in AC Again at all. Then after few days a engineer came to me and said PCB Must be change. Then they took 4 days to come again and replace the chip. In these

    Default AVIATOR A/C giving noise from indoor unit

    Dear Concerned,

    i puchased AC 25.12.10 from TMC hyderabad.Since installation noise from the system has been observaing and same thing complaint given many times either you repair or replace the indorr unit.

    So far no action been taken. What is your stand on that whether are you acting upon complaint or no action.

    I want the response with action required immediately otherwise i will remove the indoor unit and handover to seller.
