I bought a 0.75 ton voltas plus ac serial number 4010854G08f028816 on 7.06.09 from Hindustan traders company ,south Patel Nagar, Right after delivery I found out that the Ac's making wierd noise and its grill is broken ,on contacting the vendor he said its a common problem of balancing an engineer will come and solve it and for the grill it will also be the responsibility of the engineer from voltas , It took 2 days for your engineers to come and then on coming here they found out its a manufacturing defect and told me that they will repair it by 12/06/09 and gave me a complaint number 09JU-091992 nothing has happened uptill now , the concerned repairing agency i.e. Timex engineering company has no info abt the complaint and its been 7 days now since I have bought the AC and haven't used it.
