I had purchased three Samsung Split AC for my residence at A2/4 Labony Estate Salt Lake City Kol - 64 from Fundamental Elecctronics P Ltd B-008 Salt lake City Centre Kol-64 on 21st of May 09. vide invoice no.FECC/09-10/1213.
Since then I had given complaints regarding the Installation of out door unit and had not received services.
The out door unit is not installed properly and it is tilted and as such it is producing noise.
During installation the team had created so much problem that my old father and mother aged 75 yrs were seriously ill due to the poor workmanship inside the house.
The last complaint no.was 841048563.
The worst part is that Fundamental electronics instead of resolving my issues have told me that they are only going to sell and have nothing to do with services.and had informed me that I can go to the consumer forum.
I had spent over a lac of rupees just to give some comfort to my old parents as they are both heart pateints and my father had undergone a bypass surgery.
I request you to take action against these dealers and company who are only interested to sell and not provide satisfatory services to their customers.

I had purchased Samsung A/c split,1.5 ton,18(28990) exa 5 star model,With stabilizer premier wall 4kva, at rathna cools pvt td.Am a resident of 39/42 b12 2nd floor kuppiah street west mambalam,chennai-33 .I lodged a complaint regarding sudden short circuit and burnig of a/c due to incorrect connection 2 days ago.(Complaint no:8413508785).

Inspite of asking them to take this issue as a high priority ...there is no response from them till now.I am not at all satisfied by your customer service...They dont even pick up the calls many times..Need to keep on calling them to lodge a small complaint.Poor service from samsung...
I wish you could understand our needs and priorities even after we purchase your product and serve us properly at the right time when required.Hope you respect your customers not only before buying ur products even satisfy them at later stage...Even now my complaint is open....if you really wanna prove that ur service is good...respond me back in a proper way at an accurate time....

i bought an air conditioner on 27th august 2010 and the installation was done after almost 25 days on 20th of sep, 2010, the engineer who came was not having overhead stand at the time of installation, so he asked to come back next day and took rs. 500/- to get the over head stand and since then he never returned back and stopped recieving calls. on complaining to the customer service centre in indore , the girls named AMITA and RITIKA behaved as if we owe something to them and bang down the call everytime we called. since last 2 months i have been complaining guys here and the manager SANJAY JAIN and owner Mr.BAJPAI has never responded to the complain, my last complaint no was 8414311979 which is registered with samsung india . the executives in indore deny to have any complaint no like this and company excepts the complaint no...feel ashamed of puchasing a samsung product. the a/c makes a lot of humming sound and the engineers who came to see the complaint keeps a brick on it and says "itna to chalta hai sir".. i have just one word for samsung services.."SHIT". in past 2 month i have called samsung people atleast 50 times and position is still the same...

Never buy it. The external unit makes hell a lot of noise. I am living in a multistory apartment and it is embarassing to have such a noisy AC. The service people say that it will make so much noise. RIDICULOUS. Thare are other company ACs that run with almost no noise. I will NEVER EVER BUY another SAMSUNG PRODUCT.;
