I Purchased Onida-1.5 ton window A.C.(Model -WG18N) from M/S Dee Kay Electronics , Ghumar Mandi Chowk,Ludhiana.

Bill No. 2104 , dated 20/08/08.

The A.C. does works for 10 minutes and then it cut offs the compressor for 15-20 minutes, the restarts to work for 10 minutes, and the cycle goes on & on & on ........

Lodged a complaint at Ludhiana service centre(Adinos) on 1/6/09 with complaint number B1600 , guy came , eyes washed me , with the lame reason-"air filter is choked ". Went back.

Again lodged complaint on 8/6/09 with complaint number 0917 NOBODY REACHED TILL DATE, it is 13/06/09 now. called up several times , but no response.

You are requested to help me get justice

I baught 2 window ACs of Onida make. I have problem from 3rd day till date. they replaced the parts for more than 20 times and the complete AC 4 times in last one year.
they dont know anything about ACs and still selling in market.
they must stop selling this product and take all the sold products from all the customers to keep the brand repo.

Service agent of Haier AC is not competent in east delhi area. Due to HI-tech i suffered lot of problem last summer 2010.
HI TECH engineer visited for my AC gave false report to HAIER that AC is working without and told us that he will take the AC for gas filling. NO body come till week. the complaint done by me was closed. I again complaint and asked Haier not to send the same agencies engineer, but they were helpless because they do not have another agency in east delhi.
DO NOT BUY HAIER AC OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT OF HAIER.
