my name is tushar saini. i had bought a electorlux split Air Conditioner dated 5/04/2009.

specification of air conditioner:-

1. Name of AC- Electrolux split AC 1.0 ton

2. Model Number - EARSCRLA1

3.Quantity- 1

4.Price of AC - Rs 17300/-

my AC stopped cooling ,then i logged a complaint in the the company's customer care

(number of customer care-39404040) .the customer care executive gave me the

complaint number-DEL0606090877,and a concerned person came from the company and

tried to fix the problem,but still my AC was not working .I again made a complaint to the

dealer as well as the company ,this time the customer care gave me new complaint

number i.e DEL0806091489 and gave me a promise that their engineer will visit my place

within 24 hr ,but it has been more than 3 days and no one has visited to fix my AC .I

have been calling the dealer since 2 days and he is making false promises that he is

sending his engineer within 2 hr but no one comes to attend the complaint .
