Respected Sir,

I had purchase 2 Split Ac of Whirlpool from Angad Electronics Jabalpur MP and I was entitled for two pair Reebok Shoes, as the shoes were not available the shopkeeper told me that he will provide me with 2 Gift Vouchers and I can purchase the shoes from the Reebok Show room. I had to contact many times the shopkeeper and when he gave the vouchers they were of expired date . I have lodged my complaint with the Whirlpool helpdesk but not received any reply till date.
The complaint is copied as such and presented below for your kind perusal.
Hope that you will into the matter and the way the shopkeeper has cheated us to sell the Whirlpool Ac should be taken to task.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I had purchased Whirlpool, 2 Nos. Split AC, One 2 Ton, and 1.5 Ton, in Jabalpur Bill No. 27 dated 12/4/2010, from Angad Agencies, Jabalpur MP . It had a Reebok Gift Voucher with every AC. I was entitled for two
gift voucher/ Shoes. As the shoes were not available I was told to collect the gift voucher on a later date. I had contacted Angad Agencies many times but there was only one answer that 8 No. shoes and 10 No. shoes are not available , voucher will be given and I can go to any Reebok Showroom and get the shoes but the voucher were not given.

In between my husband was transferred to Sagar in Aug 2010, He visited the shop Angad
Electronics but the answer was same and gift voucher was also not given. Finally when we were shifting with bag and baggage on 30/11/2010, my husband gave him ultimatum and he gave us two vouchers W-127013 and W-127035 with issue date 15 March 2010 on 28/11/2010 Bill No. 550 in an envelope. As we were to leave Jabalpur we kept the Voucher given to us . After reaching Sagar we opened up the voucher and it was to our surprise that the validity of the voucher was upto 31 Oct 2010. We felt like cheated , and when we contacted again Angad
Electronics from Sagar he is saying that he will talk with the company.

It is humbly requested to look into the matter urgently as I am confident that a prerstigeous Co. like Whirlpool will not cheat its customer.With a hope that the co. will renew the dates for these two Vouchers ,so that we can avail the gift . If required we can send the scanned copies of bills and vouchers for your kind perusal. We are sure that
the dispute will be resolved at your end and we will not have to go to Consumer forum for getting relief.
