    Red face Samsung Split AC Complaint

    I purchased one split AC 1.5 ton (model 18 FK)of a reputed brand Samsung on 6.6.2008. The
    A C has been troubling me from day 1 it was installed at my residence at A-5 B /349, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.Last year it was flooding my Drawing room with water leaking from indoor unit. After several visits by their Engineers, and after it had fully spoiled my sofa and carpet, it was reinstalled but by that time summer was over.
    This year, when summer is at its peak in day time, and outside temperature is over 40, it stops cooling.After several complaints, engineers visited after 12 days of complaint and he changed some condenser. But the problem continues and cooling stops after sometime when it gets heated. The indoor unit is still raining water in my drawing room and no solution to this problem seems to be in sight.The Engineer tells that the AC will stop working if temp goes above 42. If this so, what is the use of AC which stops cooling in heat weather conditions.
    It appears that either the piece sold to me is defective or the Samsung is a total failure in making split AC . I am repenting why I did go to purchase this split AC.The Engineers do not have any permanent solution to this problem and the company is waiting for expiry of free warranty period of one year from date of purchase.
    I request you to help me in finding a replacement of the defective A C .

    Angry Samsung AC

    I have bought samsung AC from SHAKTI electronics, Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad.

    At the time of purchesing AC, vendor told me thay, a skilled person from the company will come to install the AC. But, after one complain i come to know that, vandor has cheated on us and sent a laymen to install a AC.

    Now, when i am really facing the problem, they are not responding and now after 6 monthes of purchesing AC is providing cooling at all, even at 16 degree temp. setting.

    Can anybody suggest, what can be done here?

    I have purchased two split AC 1.5 in the month of June 2009 and both are installed by Samsung Person only and after 20 days of installation only i got a opportunity to know the service of samsung and this was my life bad experience which i never faces anywhere the service is to poor even they commited that with in 24 hours of working thier engineer will attened the call but its taken 24 days to provide the service after that again same problem comes on that same AC again same procedure was followed till to date that AC was is in same condition so i suggest to every one please do not go for Samsung product otherwise u will come in big trouble because their service is 0%.

    Question I am planning to buy a split ac

    Hi,

    I am planning to buy a split ac of 1 ton for a room of 10x10 sqft as window ac is not possible to be fitted to my room. Please provide your suggestions and redommendations I need to look for.

    Default Samsung service feedback

    I have lodged a AC complaint on 23rd March in their Call Centre, Complain no is 8414142904. For last 10 days i have been following up with them vigourosly. How ever they did not send any technician to attend it. Finally on 12th day I have to call an external service engineer and got it repaired.

    Till now none of the call centre or the service centre has called us to check the status.

    PATHETIC service. Please do not purchase samsung products at all

    Default Poor cooling

    hi,
    i got samsung 1 ton split ac on jan 25th 2010 in vridhacham Bhavani Electronics.it was good for three months..but for around one month i dont get cooling effect even if i keep my temperature at 16c.so kindly consider my complaint and solve my problem as soon as possible..

    I purchased one Split AC(model 182 FBBNXTL) of reputed brand Samsung on 3/05/2010 from vats Electronics-98,Chaudhary market.M.B.Extn. Badarpur New Delhi-44. Ph-011-29891371.The A.C has troubling me from day 1.After installed AC is not cooling because gas leakage from somewhere in indoor unit."AC is not developing the gas pressure". So kindly consider my complaint and solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Angry Split AC Complaint

    I have lodge the Complaint vide no. 8401450320 Dt 03/05/10. Your executive visited our office at 4.30 PM on same day (Name Mr. Gurmeet Cont. No. 9582252579). He said next day he open the unit & send to service centre but he not came.

    I call him at 3.00 PM he said he is busy with urgent call & he came after 1 hour. I call him again at 4.30 PM he said if you want your unit repair earlier you should call me morning. when we lodge the complaint why we follow up with him.

    Can you tell me how many time you takes the problem solve & what reponsibilities of your staff with customer . Today is 07/06/10, Kindly send it your support staff on Urgent Basis.

    Serious Complaint in Samsung make 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split AC



    We have purchased SAMSUNG make two no. 1.5 ton 3 star Split Air conditioner. We wants to bring in your notice that none of your AC working efficiently and being followed by very bad unhygienic smell (Like Cow Dung)



    Please note that we have parallely installed other make split AC of same capacity since last 05 years we never faced any such problem , Therefore you are requested to attend on top priority to avoid free replacement.



    Even after several reminders no body is taking care and from last many days our ac is stopped and still problem is unsolved

    Default Samsungs pathetic service

    Dear Sir

    I, Rahul Solanki, had purchased a Samsung Ac from Pune's Next Showroom. One year after purchasing the compressor failed so I registered a complaint - 8414659501 with Samsung on 26-4-2010. The engineer came and replaced the compressor and informed the pcb part is not working so has to be replaced. After that he did not turn up nor did the Samsung customer care department bothered to followup.

    After waiting for a long time for Samsung's response which proved to be useless, I contacted a local Ac repair company who informed me that the pcb part is perfectly fine but the compressor is faulty. So I again called the Samsung customer care department who again registered my complaint with the same number- 8414659501 on 16-6-2010. I dont know why they gave me the same complaint number again the second time probably to make thier side safe that would fill the 1 month 20 days delay gap in thier service. During that call I was assured I will receive a call within half an hour from the Senoir manager. However again to my ismay nobody called me. I received a call two days later from Samsung Pune service center. The lady over the phone was too adamant to listen to my greivences and when I asked her the reason for the delay she hunged up. But were least bothered to send a service engineer.

    I again contacted Samsung on 2-7-2010 and spoke with Mr. Vishnu who gave me the same assurances as the previous Customer Care executives did. I asked Vishnu to pass on the call to his senior manager and he in turn passed on to one of his colleague Mr. Tijo. I requested Tijo that I wanted to speak with a senoir manager he put me on hold for more than 15 minutes so I hung up the call after wasting my time, energy and money in the 30 minutes call.

    Iam not at all satisfied with Samsung service and would not advice people to buy Samsung products.

    sir,

    i purchase split ac worth Rs.31000 but wiithin 1 yer 4 copressors r changed.and now after 2 years the pipes was also damaged and ur service centres of mathura,did not working properly,they took the 2 months for this...
    sir i send just to tell u that the image ofthe company is heavily damaged now i never suggest any one to buy samsung products....they never give number of sr. manager......they even dont pick da phone when they remember no.

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of SAMSUNG, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the refund + damages within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Question no action on my complaint

    i nitin garg from cheeka distt(kaithal) haryana. i have purchase samsung split ac 1.5ton.at dated 1-mar-2010 from national electronic cheeka disst kaithal haryana named mr. vijay garg. i have some complaint from purchasing date but there is no action taken by you & my complaint no.8414416602. plz check it . otherwise i will case on samsung in consumer court.
