    Default split ac complain

    1-i had bought split ac .8 ton from refrico lucknow.
    bought on some date in june 2009.
    i bought at 17500 indian curruncy.
    downpayment of 9000
    rest 0% finance bajaj finance
    1375 indian currency as 8 mths installment.
    bajaj finance records showed rupees 5500.
    and at the end calculation was refrico frauded me of rupees 2500.
    i have the downpayment and installment entries.
    2-installation technicians came night hours for installation
    did not gave sincere effort to install it properly.
    from the 1st week i complaint of low cooling.
    technician came did nothing and told me cooling is ok
    i had cooling problems since installation.
    refrico was ignorent.
    3-march 2010 in guaranteed period i complained of cooling n 1st servicing.
    it was attended in june.
    gurantee period was intensenly cleared to charge me amt.
    now since then i am repeditly complaining to fix ac problem.
    finally refrico took outdoor unit.
    according to technician relay was out of order he changed it
    then he said compressor has to be replaced.
    at least 5 to 6 technician since i purchased no one could actually refined my ac"c problem.
    anyway finally they took the outdoor unit to replace the compressor.
    now after replacing and reinstalling it the problem is still existing
    service incharge KAMESH is highly irresponssible and EXCUSIVE person.
    immediate action should be taken against him.
    he is spoiling samsung"s after sale service.
    1 year 3 mths i hv only being asking to fix my ac
    have i paid samsung to suffer.
    please revert back and resolve the issue at the earliest or

    i have only to go legal.

    Hi,

    This is with reference to my previous complain 8426445047 where in I had below experience with your customer care and your Visit Engineer.

    I am Md.Asgar Purchased your Samsung Split Ac (Model No:AS122USB) on 08-03-2010, After that I was suppose to have 3 free services in a period of 12 months, But I had only utilised 1 out of 3 services on 05.03.2010.
    After so many calls to your customer care and after so many requests they had finally sent Service Engineer to my place to have servicing for my AC. Later on after Engineer’s visit my Ac has started giving water leakage issues, I called your Customer care to share my concern but your Customer care agents had disconnected my calls for several attempts and few time I used to be kept on hold for such a long time that I finally used to loose my patience and used to disconnect the line.

    Really felt very disappointed with this kind of response from Customer Care then Somehow one of the representative heard my concern and given me this complain no 8426445047. Which was still not helpful for me. She told me that I have to pay Rs 400/- + Service Tax for Service Engineer’s next visit.
    I told that It was not my fault as after your Service Engineer’s Visit this problem has started occuring she did not listen to my concern anymore and told what she was meant to be.
    I really felt bad about it. When I purchased your Samsung AC I really felt to be a proud customer but now after having the same I am really very disappionted with your services, This is summer time and many of my friends and relatives are asking for feedback about your product I’ll share the same with them and will ensure that atleast who all are known to me does’nt go for your brand.

    I work for MNC and have many colleagues and I will also ensure that other of my colleagues also know how badly I am cheated and how bad is your service.

    I never expected that your Service Engineer will do messed up with my ac. When I am calling someone to help me out from your end you people are asking me to pay for the same which is not fair and not at all justice from your end.

    I am really very disappionted and will never promote your product to others.

    Hi,

    This is with reference to my complain 8429491656 where in I had below experience with your customer care.

    I am Ganesh Purchased your Samsung Split AC three year before, within 3 years, two times condenser has got failed. We are facing terible problem in summer and with samsung people. Really I got fed up on samsung service. Service is very poor.
    After so many calls to your customer care and after so many requests they had finally sent Service Engineer to my place and checked my AC, finally they concluded condenser failed. Service engineer inform us, we shall send a people who is related to condenser service. But no one is turn up till.
    We have complaint on last week 1st june 2011. Still no response.

    Also this is the second time its happening for my AC, condenser failed. Kindly take immediate action and do necessary action.

    I am really very disappionted and will never promote your product to others.

    Even after several reminders no body is taking care and from last many days our ac is stopped and still problem is unsolved.

    Still I beleive that, after you seen my mail you will take some immediate action.

    Post Complaints regarding Samsung Split AC - Manufacturing defect

    Purchased Samsung Split AC Model AS185 TKA in & out on 24 April 2010 from SAMSUNG Digital Plasa - Porur and the same unit be installed at my clinic on the first week of May 2010 by your authorised service person from Tirunelveli. Within a period of about six month the Digital Display had gone off .The same was replaced in response to my complaint .

    But suddenly on 1.6.2011 ,another problem started i.e. While the In & out unit working , No cooling had come. Complaints brought to the notice of your authorised service centre , POWER ELECTRONICS Tirunelveli on the same day.The defect was rectified on 7.6.2011 and I have been charged Rs.1941.00.

    Now the problem in the unit is GAS leaked through junction point of tube joints attached to the Indoor unit which is a Manufacturing Defect of the unit . Kindly let me know Whether this is the Penalty for me for purchasing the so called Reputed SAMSUNG SPLIT AC . I am very much Suffering because of this.
