This is shivabalan from chennai. I procured Onida LED TV and Onida Air conditioner on Aug 2011. It is still under warranty. Both the product screwed my life. The speaker has gone in LED TV and in AC am hearing some noise. Many time i made a complaint to Onida service center in chennai(Valasaravakkam) to Mr.Ravi SANKAR and also to toll free no. My mobile number is 9840888188. If some body views the history of complaining by using my mobile number they will know. No service person came. When ever am calling the service are manager Hell Mr.Ravisankar says that he send his engineer iyyappan and Mr. Vijayakumar immediately to resolve the issue but he never sends. Finally i got frustrated now. Before proceeding legally am writing this email to head office. I need replacement of my product immediately or cash back.


My lawyer suggested to send the email before filing the complaint against onida.So guys am very sorry, am moving forward. If some body wants to stop filing the case , call me within 06th Feb 2012 evening.

i have purchsed on 4 may 2011 from rathna fan house no one in comeing for serves c call center phone number is not working at all i have conted mr rajesh of sevces 9952055732 he said with 48 hours it will be done on 11/4/2012 still nobody contect us
