Bought two Koryo split ACs which were installed on 29.04.09. One is not working from day one. Made endless complaints to customer care(complaint no. 148119). They assure me everyday that personnel will visit today. As yet on 6.5.09 no one has come. How can these companies take our money and dump us with defunct equipments and then sit on it for days witout taking any action.
