I have Purchased of TCL Air Conditioner on November 2008, now at present having
a cooling problem & Compressor not working constiantely since Apr 2009. I complainted at TCL Helpline No. 02240080600, Complaint No. is 09D16A170 Dt:16 Apr-09 the same.

still not yet attend complaint after several time did the followup the same.

For first year its working was satisfactory,however in 2004 , Compressor comes with 5years warranty,but in our case it was defective • we are staying without a.c. since may05 in hot summers,after spending 24500 on a.c. • we had to go to dealer again and again in scorching summers • annual servicing of the a.c.
