I am writing this complain with a lot of harass and pain from Voltas. I had purchased three Voltas AC (2 AC of 1 ton and I AC of 1.5 ton) from M/S Mangala Electronic Janakpuri New Delhi on 24th May 2010. From day one there were problem that in medium low voltage none of the AC were working, anyway after having the complaint somehow got convince from customer care and technician that it is not a problem in AC, in fact low voltage issues.
Both the AC of one ton is more over working ok however the 1.5 ton AC is giving frequent problems, may times Water leakage, Air fan doesn’t work, Remote doesn’t function properly, low cooling, Gas shortage etc. However, for all such issues I used to call customer care and within week time’s call get closed but doesn’t guaranty of new problems. However, quality of service is always a concern at Voltas and there is no such mechanisms at Voltas to get customer feedback on complain closure.
Again the Air Fan not working, No cooling and Water leakage problem came by 30th Aug 10 and I called customer care and complaint was registered by 1st Sep 10 and on 2nd Sep 10 Technician visited and confirmed the problem in Air Motor which shall be replaced in 3-4 days of time. When now one turned after till 5th Sep 10, then called customer care and it was surprised for me that my complain was closed with status complain resolved. It was a biggest surprise for me and I soughed on customer care for this mishaps. Nevertheless, new complain was logged by 6th Sep 10 vide complain number 10SP0603161, and got assured that in 24hours of time issues shall be closed. I am chasing customer care from 6th Sep to till date and always getting assurance from Voltas customer care, their supervisors that this shall be closed in next one hour, 24 hours, on priority. The biggest surprise was for me on 20th Sep 10 when Customer care confirmed that there is no call logged for my complain and again a new call was logged vide call no- 10SB2000052.
I have been fed up and mentally tired to calling 2-3 times in day to customer care and always only get assurance from different layer of Voltas officers for closure of call in 24 hours of time.
Now I want to logged the legal complaints again Voltas again non service providing an mental harassment of mine in chasing them for services.
